Аннотация: Virtual communication offers unlimited possibilities for self-presentation, where symbols and signs are used to form identity, convey emotions, create certain meanings and establish intercultural dialogue. In the modern digital space, where social networks, instant messengers and other online platforms are becoming the main channels of communication, new forms of self-presentation are emerging, and the mechanisms of identity formation and expression are changing. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze semiotic means and symbolic systems used in virtual communication to express and construct a linguistic personality, taking into account the linguacultural characteristics of various communities. The study is aimed at studying how the virtual environment influences on the formation and transformation of linguistic identity, as well as determining the role of culturally specific signs in the processes of self-presentation and intercultural communication. The object of the study is the linguistic personality in the virtual world: a study of the linguistic and cultural characteristics of users in the online space and virtual world, with an emphasis on the use of semiotic means. As a theoretical value of the research, the study of semiotics in the context of the linguistic personality in the virtual world allows to reveal the meaning of the creation and analysis of new signs based on the cultural traditions and norms of modern users. The practical value of the research lies in its effectiveness in the study of the virtual environment in the field of intercultural communication and semiotics. The results of the study determine the frequency use of visual signs, emojis, gestures and other signs as semiotic tools in virtual communication. The application of linguo-cultural, semiotic and content analysis helped to identify new problems in current research and suggested possible directions for future research on the topic of virtual linguistic identity.Виртуальная коммуникация предлагает неограниченные возможности для самопрезентации, где символы и знаки используются для формирования идентичности, передачи эмоций, создания определённых смыслов и установления межкультурного диалога. В современном цифровом пространстве, где социальные сети, мессенджеры и другие онлайн-платформы становятся основными каналами общения, возникают новые формы самопрезентации, а также изменяются механизмы формирования и выражения идентичности. Целью исследования является выявление и анализ семиотических средств и знаковых систем, используемых в виртуальной коммуникации для выражения и конструирования языковой личности, с учётом лингвокультурных особенностей различных сообществ. Исследование направлено на изучение того, как виртуальная среда влияет на формирование и трансформацию языковой идентичности, а также на определение роли культурно-специфических знаков в процессах самопрезентации и межкультурного взаимодействия. Объектом исследования является языковая личность в виртуальном мире
